DOCUMENTARY PHOTOGRAPHY

I have 15 years experience working in the documentary world. With a degree in documentary photography from Parsons The New School for Design, I bring a deep appreciation for the power of visual storytelling. My work spans a diverse range of mediums and roles from documentary projects and commercial ad campaigns to event coverage, portraiture, photojournalism and documentary poetics.​ I approach every project with genuine curiosity and care, whether it’s documenting a meaningful life milestone, or collaborating on a long-term creative endeavor.  No story is too small or too complex. I'm here to help you tell yours with authenticity and heart.​

I was an artist in residence at Wix, and my work has been featured in Roots Magazine, Elliman Magazine, among other print and digital media channels, as well as an on site installation for the Hudson Valley Human Rights Campaign.

I have a diverse portfolio of experience working across disciplines. I have worked as a graphic designer, in print and digital campaigns; in project management and brand development; facilitating creative collaboration across difference; social and environmental justice work; with start up organizations, corporations and grassroots campaigns. ​

I am a conscientious and curious creative, determined to build a more just and sustainable society and unlearning and dismantling systems of oppression through open communication, compassion, and creative problem solving, a in an effort to do the work of bettering the world for all.​

My work has been recognized with an Adobe Achievement Award, the David S. Woods Humanitarian Award and the Vermont Businesses for Responsibility Innovation and Inspiration Award. 

END OF LIFE DOULA

End of life doulas, or death doulas offer non-medical conscientious companionship and education for folks and their families nearing end of life. This work helps with the spiritual, emotional, logistical and social aspects of end of life care. 

I work to support clients with their life reviews, legacy and memorial projects, addressing fears around death and dying, advance planning and grief support.

My approach is rooted in advocacy, comfort and deep listening.

I received my End of Life Doula Certificate from the University of Vermont.
